Privacy policy

This policy describes how Hosting Service Provider LLP processes information from Qayta website visitors and demo requests.

Information we receive

When you submit a request, we receive your name, company, organisation type, phone or email, comment, page language, consent record and technical information needed to protect the form against abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to respond, prepare a demonstration, maintain the request record and protect the service. A request is submitted only after your explicit consent.

Storage and access

Requests are intended to be stored in infrastructure located in Kazakhstan for no more than 12 months unless a different period is legally required or agreed with you. Access is limited to authorised staff and service operators as needed for their duties.

Recipients and transfers

The request workflow may use an internal lead store and configured notification channels. We do not sell visitor data or use third-party advertising trackers. The actual list of processors is determined by the production service configuration.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where available under applicable law. Use the demo form and write “Privacy request” in the comment; until a dedicated privacy contact is published, the team will confirm the response channel.

Changes to this policy

If the information collected or processing method changes, an updated version and effective date will be published on this page.
