Platform role

One module in an end-to-end process

Qayta Bridge creates a governed exchange boundary between the platform, enterprise and operational systems. Teams gain explicit contracts, error control and observability instead of opaque point-to-point links.

Operational data stays isolated, while point-to-point integrations quickly become difficult to operate.

Participants

Who does what

Process owner

Defines required data, acceptance conditions and responsibility for errors.

Integrator

Implements the adapter and transformation under a versioned contract.

IT and security operations

Control access, logs, technical events and exchange health.

Capabilities

What the operating layer covers

API

Provides agreed interfaces for exchange with enterprise systems.

Controlled gateway

Connects weighbridges and operational sources through a governed integration point.

Observability

Routes agreed technical events to SIEM and monitoring systems.

Workflow

How the workflow runs

  1. 01

    Define

Teams agree sources, fields, direction and exchange frequency.

  2. 02

    Connect

An adapter transforms data to the approved contract.

  3. 03

    Monitor

Exchange errors and technical events remain available to responsible teams.

Data and control

Inputs, outputs and human control

Inputs

  • source and destination description
  • fields, reference data and transformations
  • frequency, SLA and access requirements

Outputs

  • versioned exchange contract
  • normalised events or documents
  • error and technical-metric record

Controls

  • authentication and authorisation
  • schema validation and idempotency
  • monitoring and managed retry

Integrations

Integration scope made explicit

The label shows the maturity of the public claim. Final scope is always agreed after discovery.

1C, SAP and ERP

Defined per project

Objects and exchange directions are defined during discovery.

Weighbridges and industrial control

Defined per project

They connect through a controlled industrial or edge gateway.

SIEM and NOC

Defined per project

Agreed technical events can enter the customer's monitoring boundary.

Implementation

Boundaries are agreed before the pilot

Each integration uses an interface passport, threat review, test environment, control examples and acceptance criteria. A named system does not imply a universal ready-made connector.

Expected outcome: A governed integration layer with explicit contracts instead of opaque direct connections.

FAQ

Common questions

Is there a universal connector for every 1C or SAP version?

No. Version, configuration, objects and direction are reviewed separately.

Is a public API available?

The API contract follows deployment scope; a full documentation portal remains a separate stage.

How are failures handled?

The contract defines validation, retry, idempotency, logging and owners.
